Anil Kapoor celebrated his birthday on the Christmas Eve as his daughters Sonam and Rhea hosted a birthday bash for him at the Kapoor residence. The party was all glamour and glitter as Bollywood biggies attended the party to convey their best wishes to the actor. Rani Mukerji (who refused to pose for the lenses), Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, Boney’s son Arjun Kapoor, designer Kunal Rawal, gallerist Nandini Singh, Ashok Thakeria, Inder Kumar and Padmini Kolhapure and Tutu Sharma were among the guests present to celebrate with Anil. There was music (Bollywood chartbusters, international pop hits and retro) and dancing, food and drink, fun and frolic.

Bollywood star Anil Kapoor has appeared in different avatars in different movies in his more than two decade long career in the industry. He is one Bollywood hero, who has ruled in the industry as a lead hero in the 80s even with his signature moustaches.
We have not seen him much experimenting with his looks and even with hairstyles. Now, there was a buzz since last month that the actor is planning to go bald for his role in Rajkumar Santoshi’s movie Power, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan. Anil is turning villain for this film and wanted to look very fierce villain like Amrish Puri’s ‘Mogambo’.
Anil was seen clean shaved in the film Lamhe, which showed him in teenage during the first half. He even got his chest shaved for the role but the veteran star is in two minds now when he is supposed to go bald for his character in Power.
The actor said that he is still thinking about other options to make his character look best. Well, Anil has come a long way in his Bollywood journey so it will not be very risky if experiments with bald head now! He has even got recognition in Hollywood following his appearance in the Academy Award winning film Slumdog Millionaire.
